FXCM Wins 3 Honors at Fintech Awards 2021

FXCM Group, LLC, a major international supplier of online foreign exchange (FX) trading, CFD trading, cryptocurrencies and associated services, announced today that it has won three Ultimate Fintech Awards 2021 categories. Best Customer Service, Best Trading Platform, and Broker of the Year were all awarded to the business.
Ultimate Fintech, which selects key market participants that are pioneering new achievements, innovations, and progressive contributions in the fintech business every year, nominated FXCM for the awards for the first time. Users who have subscribed and signed in were then given the opportunity to vote on the final list. In the categories of Best Customer Service, Best Trading Platform, and Broker of the Year, FXCM earned the most votes.
FXCM's recently launched "Client First, Trader Driven" initiative, designed to enhance the company's product offering and customer service, is a testament to FXCM's commitment to serving clients and providing them with the most in-demand trading opportunities.
The business has added 79 products to the retail trading market in the last year, including SSCFDs, stock and crypto baskets. So far in 2021, FXCM has proven its dedication to client service by reporting a five-second average live-chat pick-up time, a 45-second average phone response time, and a one-day average email response time.
