B2Broker Updates B2Core iOS App with New Services Section, Zendesk Integration and New IB Reports

B2Broker, a leading technology and liquidity provider for the financial services industry, continues to enhance the mobile version of its B2Core CRM and back-office solution with the release of version 1.24 of the B2Core iOS app. The update includes significant additions and improvements to clients’ user experience.

The previous version, v1.23, focused on refining the user interface and visual design, while this latest update introduces a new “Services” section, integration with customer service platform Zendesk, and upgraded IB Module reports.

New Services Section: An All-In-One Display

An entirely new Services menu has been incorporated into B2Core iOS, simplifying the process of finding any service of the app, such as Trading, Finances, Helpdesk, IB, etc. A noteworthy feature allows users to arrange the order of widgets in a manner that best aligns with their preference through a simple drag-and-drop function. The section also offers a quick glance into future services lined up for release.

Zendesk Integration

With Zendesk, a first-rate customer service platform that harnesses AI technology already integrated into the web version of B2Core, this service is now extended to the iOS app. Zendesk offers ticketing, live chat, and AI support tools to facilitate client interactions. The Helpdesk service can be accessed through the Profile section, allowing users to enter Zendesk directly from the app and avoiding any additional authorisation needs.

In-depth IB Activity and Rewards Reporting

An addition to the B2Core iOS landscape is the Clients section, nested in the IB Room. This extends the capabilities of the earlier released IB module. It enables users to delve into detailed reports about their Direct and Sub-IB clients who have registered via referral links. This incorporates specifics about total trading volumes of each client and the rewards accrued from referral activities.

Further, the IB Room now provides exhaustive reports about rewards deposited into user wallets. All transaction specifics are readily accessible at a single touch. This addition aims to give users full dominion over their earnings and refines rewards management. The Rewards section is strategically positioned at the bottom of the IB module.
